I think I've started this blog site without really looking into all the features. Do you think this facility will able to serve our communication needs?
For example, is it possible to post/attach files here? Is there a calendar option here? These features will come very handy. On the other hand if that's not the case, i.e. these features are not included in this site then its not too late to switch to another service.

you are right, it don't allow us to post calander and other stuff, this is just for normal posting. you may look at few of the features in the design/layout/add componets options while you are in edit mode.
